The Process

20 Minute Interview and Q&A

If selected, the student will have a 20-minute interview for Eclipse to assess fit, with time for student to ask questions.

Acceptance to the Program

Accepted participants receive a program overview package and contract, with 14 days to accept.

Final Call with Parent(s)

A 30-minute call with parents will be scheduled to address any questions before the contract is signed.

Eclipse is Not For Everyone

You'll fit right in if:

✓You're a Grade 11 or 12 student with proven academic success and are serious about your long-term career potential.
✓You're willing to commit time during summers and between semesters to learn skills and improve.
✓You're interested to pursue a career in business, even if unsure which area yet.
✓You're not comfortable leaving your future to chance.

Eclipse is not for you if:

✕You're not motivated and don't work hard.
✕You're not interested in continuously learning or improving.
✕You expect quick results.
